Purim is the air!

Purim begins on Monday evening, March 2nd, and continues through Tuesday, March 3rd

We will be celebrating the night of Purim on Monday night with the reading of the Megillah, followed by Tequila and light Purim refreshments.

On Tuesday afternoon, the big Purim party, themed as a Fiddler Purim, themed as a small European Shtetl, inspired by the classic “Fiddler on the Roof”, will be at the New Chabad Garden.

With lots of fun for the whole family, it will be a Purim experience like no other!

A Fiddler Purim

Purim is coming, and we are so excited to celebrate with you! 🎭🎩🥂

This Purim, we’re inviting you to step back in time and celebrate Purim in the Shtetl

The New Chabad Garden will transform into a bustling old-world Jewish village, inspired by the spirit and charm of Fiddler on the Roof. Fiddle music in the air, tables set in the town square, pigtails, headscarves, and vests, as the simple joy of shtetl life comes alive on Purim.

Here’s what you can look forward to:

  • A grand Purim dinner in the town square

  • Hands-on pickle making, just like in the Old Country

  • L’chaims at the shtetl tavern

  • Live shtetl music throughout the evening

  • An animated, engaging Megillah reading

  • Fun and activities for the whole family

Come in costume, bring the kids, bring friends, and experience Purim as a full celebration of community, joy, and traditional Jewish spirit.
